Valentine’s Day Themed Color by Number -Fourth Grade Multiplication & Fraction

Share

The other day, I created several Valentine’s Day color-by-number worksheets featuring first-grade math facts for my daughter. My son, who is currently in fourth grade and learning about multiplication, division, and fractions, saw them and asked for worksheets tailored to his level of math.

To ensure fairness in our family, I couldn’t say no—so now, I must create a set for him too. The activities are both challenging and engaging, featuring holiday-themed images such as hearts, ice cream cones, cupcakes, presents, flowers, cards, love bugs, and bears.

These Valentine’s Day color-by-number worksheets are perfect for practicing multiplication and division facts up to 12, as well as working with improper and equivalent fractions.

Some of the worksheets are intentionally challenging. My son tends to spend more time working on the fractions, which are great practice for becoming more comfortable with these types of mathematical problems.

While they may take longer to complete, they are an excellent way to build confidence and familiarity with key concepts in a creative, hands-on way.

I’m thrilled that these Valentine’s Day-themed worksheets offer a mix of fun and learning. Not only do they keep him engaged, but they also allow him to see his progress with each completed image. I’m excited to create this special set for him and watch him tackle the challenges with enthusiasm!
